When Does Conception Happen In A Cycle?

This has been a very irregular cycle for me since I was in Cuba for 7 days and it delayed ovulation. I am now 16dpo and no sign of AF. I did not have unprotected sex but I know condoms are not 100% effective. I looked at my chart again and it is possible I ovulated at cycle day 25 so that would put me at 13dpo so AF should come tomorrow. IF AF doesn t come by Tuesday I will have to test. Any thoughts on the cycle would be appreciated. Would you consider my chart triphasic? At 7dpo there seems to be a 3rd tempture rise. Should I test at 18dpo IF AF doesn t come?
