When Is The Ovulating Period?

Hi, i am now in my 2nd day day menstruation, and my doctor advised me to take 2 tabs of ovamit since i am PCOS. When will my ovulation occur? i took duphaston since July 24 but now i already stopped it since i have my menstruation. pls advise. i am 24yrs old; diagnosed of PCOS;and my weight is in normal range.
