When Will Penile Discharge Subside After Taking Medication?

I am a male, 24 years old, 178cm. I have suspected I hv gonorrhea, chlamydia and trichomonasis...I took severals drugs from a urologist . My penile has stopped for over a month of drugs but today when I urinate, there was a white discharge from my penis. The colour of my urine in the morning is thick yellow and a strong odour. My question is when will I recover?
