When Will The Vulva Return To Its Normal Shape?

thank you first... 45 days i go i realized small paplular white lesions on my vulva and went to dermatologist , he told me that it is genital warts and prescripe for me 10% podophyllin solution , i used it for 2 weeks and the papules shrinked now very much but still there is a fint white bumps so when will the vulva return to its normal shape and now i am suffering from vaginitis with mild vaginal discharge i am afraid that this hpv is of high risk so how can i know if it is of high or low rish hpv strain ?
