Which Medicine Should Be Taken For Fever During Chicken Pox?

hi , am sara,20 years old, ive got chicken pox ,the symptoms started from 3 days ago .i didnt know its chicken pox coz ive got it when i was a child nd its 2nd time, i went to a dr, he gave me some tablets, since still theres no fever he told that if there was any fever take this tablet, i cant remember what was the name of the tablet for fever, he gave me cifran 500 mg, dolo 650 and alerid 10mg also famciclovir (virovir 500).nd a calak lotion to prevent itiching,if u tell me which one is for fever so i wont use it since theres no fever,tnx a lot
