While Recovering From Contact Dermatitis Can Ingesting Red Wine Be Problematic?

64, healing from a severe bout of contact dermatitis (cause yet unknown), taking a short round of Prednisone and making great progress. Wondering if a little red wine would be a problem tomorrow.
Also my vulva is feeling very dry and I would like to anoint it with the pure virgin organic coconut oil I usually use although I've been told to put nothing on my skin except the Cetaphil cleanse, the triamincinolone on my face, and halebetasol prop on my arm, chest, neck, inner thigh and groin. Putting this on my inner thigh and the one itchy place on my labia caused a bad reaction, so I won't use it there again. We're going to do patch testing when I am healed, but it is hard to imagine that coconut oil is the culprit.
Thank you for your insights on these 2 questions.
