White Discharge After Urinating, Not Sexually Active. Urine Test Shows Sperm Cell. Causes?

hi, my concern i that, im having white stains after i pee, by the way im female, and havnt had had sex for 3 months. my question is, is that normal? and when i had my urine test, the result said that it has presense of sperm cell. but as i have said, havnt had had sex for 3 months. everytime i finished to pee, there is tis white liquid stains on my undergarments. is that normal? thank you.
