Whitish And Swollen Labia Minora With Watery Discharge Is A Sign Of Infection?

I had an unprotected sex 10 days ago my period is on its 4th day so the penetration is not full during that time he uses widrawal method. I had a scratch on my clit the following morning . Now my labia minora is in whitish color and swollen but not itchy my discharge is in white color and watery but odorless. Is it yeast or Std ?? Or maybe im emotinaly stressed ? i feel so nervous about the sex during tht time and i know it isn't a full penetration. Thanks .
