Who Is The Best Doctor To Contact In Harrisberg For Shoulder And Neck Pain After Two Invasive Cervical Neck Surgeries?

I have had two minimally invasive cervical neck surgeries with Dr. Jho in Pittsburgh. The first surgery in January 2008 went well. He shaved down the calcium deposit that was pinching the two nerves in my neck (I think C3 &C4). I was able to hold my head up without pain or numbness in my hands. However when I went back to see him in August of 2009 to get (C5-I think) pinched nerve neck pain relieved, I woke up with a numb hand. He told me he didn t know how long the numbness would last (a day, a week, a month or never!) I still have the numbness in my left hand and what feels like pinching on the left side of my neck. I would like to go to the BEST Cervical minimally invasive in the North East. I live in Harrisburg, PA and wonder is someone is in this area or who the best doctor to contact to stop this shoulder pain, neck pain and hand numbness?
