Why Gabapentin Or Norco Don T Reduce The Constant Pain Since The Motorcycle Accident ?

I was in a motorcycle accident over 8 months ago and have been in constant pain since. I m pretty sure I broke my tailbone but the 4 doctors I have been going to are just going off 1 xray. I understand they should be taken while I am standing and sitting to get a better view. I am going to see my second specialist tomorrow. I had steroid injections in the area that only seemed to make the pain way worse. I am on gabapentin (sp?) and norco 10/325 three times a day with no help. I have tried to explain I need something especially for night when the pain is at it s worse. I am up every hour trying to find a position to lay in with minimal pain. What kind of other treatments and medications can I bring up to the specialist I am seeing tomorrow?
