Why Am I Bleeding Light?

my test comes positive.day after normal menses bleeding start.iwas unsure dat time.so i take 1 tab mifepristone and 2 tablets of misoprostol together orally and next day another 2 tab of misoprostol..no heavy bleeding occurs but litle bit cramps on first day.heavy clotting occurs.now bleeding is light.but i have taken another dose.m pregnant or what.why m nt getting heavy bleeding.m very confused
