Why Am I Having Itchy And Sore Vagina?

I have itchy vagina sore and spots I got a tablet from my GP it cleared up 2 weeks later it is back with some abdomen pain my GP has taken swabs urine sample and bloods they have all found something in them10 years ago I had a hysterectomy for cervical cancer I am very worried
