Why Am I Having Spotting Of Blood After Having Deviry 10mg?

i am a 30 yr old lady..married for the last 6 mnths i use to feel an uncomfort feeling on my lower abdomen.i did na ultrasonography.i am diagnosed with acyst in the right ovary.my gynaecologist tell me that i do not need a surgery.she has given me deviry 10 mg tablet.eversince i have that tablet i am observing spottings of blood.is this normal?i have taken the tablet just 4days after after my last periods.please advice.
