Why Am I Having White Creamy Discharge?

hi...i am 31 yrs old.....hav a 4 yr old boy.......my problem is ,i missed my period for last 5 days..we used condoms while sex....i hav white creamy discharge problem now for last 7 days...so what does this mean...shall i wait for my period more days?am i pregnent after using safe sides.....plz tell me...i am worried.
