Why Am I Not Bleeding After Taking Cytotec Pills?

Good Morning. My daughter took a pregnancy test and is pregnant. She is at the most 2-3 weeks. She took a course of cytotec yesterday(Saturday) - 4 tabs every 3 hours. the amount altogether was twelve tablets. She had stomach cramps but has not started bleeding yet. Do you think it is still possible that she will still bleed or should she do another course. Regards Lesley-Ann
