Why Am I Spotting After Finishing With Periods A Week Before?

I just had my periods a week back and now i have spotting which has turned into blood flow with blackish red clots in when i urinate. I was diagnosed with PCOS and I took Apcod powder as directed by gynocologist and divery tablets during my last period. What can be wrong?
