Why Are My Periods 2 Months Delayed?

im 27 5'6 and 135 pounds i been haveing pregnancy symptoms for over a month now....im almost 2 months late on my period got 1 postive digtil pregnancy test back and alot of negative...had blood work done a few days after the postive and it was negative...can u please help
