Why Are My Periods Delayed?

Hi, Two days a doctor prescribed me to take 2 tablets of primolut N in the morning, 2 in the afternoon and 2 at night, making a total of 6 tablets daily. I continued this for three days and i have still not gotten my period. Please guide me! I really need to get my period this week!
