Why Are My Sinuses Restricted?
My sinuses have been restricted and I have been trying to suck in air thru my nose, I think , straining my diaphragm.. With certain movements the muscles in the thoracic area hurt . I have no cough or any indication of any lung problem. Do you think that the problem is muscle strain or something more serious.
