Why Delay In Period After Having Contraceptive Pill After Sex?

I had sex and took contraceptive pills the next day then 2 weeks later i had another sex on my first day of period and it stopped that day i later took contraceptive pills the next day. It is 36 days of my menstrual cycle and my period is not back. Please what can be the cause?
