Why Do I Have A Blood Clot On My Lip That Look Like A Mole?

about 6 months ago overnight i had like a blood clot on my lower lip, which sometimes gets a little bit swollen, but most of the time is just the look like a mole. I was also diagnosed HSV2 + but few months prior this mole to show up. Is an asymptomatic HSV2 but i am on acyclovir daily,. thank you.
