Why Do I Have A Dent On The Right Side Of My Erect Penis?

I've had a dent on the right side of my penis when erect. I don't recall any trauma that may have causes it. Other than aggressive shaking do to dribbling after urination.could thy have caused it. Is there any chance of this going away over time on it's own?.it came on sudden one day it was just there about 2- 3 months ago. I have no problem getting and maintaining erections. The only problem is that I don't feel comfortable and am a little embarrassed of the sight of it.my wife doesn't mind but it bothers me a great deal.I just want to know the chances of this going away on it's own or if there are any steps I can take to remedy this?
