Why Do I Have Constipation While Suffering From Irregular Period And PCOD?

i was diagnosed as pcod but after taking medication for 2 months cysts are gone completely.after then i have irregular periods every month i used to get mensus between 1to 10 dates .it lasts for 6days sometimes or 10days.last month that october 3rd my period started and it lasted for 10days.and on 18 i got uti and i took antibiotics.now this november my period has not yet come can i be pregnant ?since one 1week im having constipation and now feeling heaviness in lower abdomen.my height is 5.3 and weight is 58kgs
