Why Do I Have Fatigue And Sore Breasts While Taking Triphasil?

I am 25 years old and i am on triphasil for a year and three months now. for eight weeks i have been experiencing the following:cramps(on and off, on the sides and in the middle), lower back ache, sore breasts, increased appetite, fatigue, sleeping too much, headaches(on and off), nausea, what feels like fetal movement at times(maybe because i was convinced i was pregnant at some point), i went to the doctor, pregnancy tests were negative and the doctor said he could not see anything on the ultrasound. he did a pelvic exam and told me that everything is okay and there is also nothing wrong with my breasts. i just need to know what could be causing this, could it be the pill?my periods since i developed these symptoms were lighter than normal and the flow was on and off which is not normal for me(would start and then stop for three days)(. i am so confused, i have accepted that i am not pregnant but the symptoms just won t go away.
