Why Do I Have Tingling Sensation In Pelvic Area With Pain In Arms And Legs?

Hi have been suferring for the past 3 weeks with groin and pelvic pain tingling in lower back arms and legs if I touch the vulva region ie when I have been to the toilet it goes cold. have a small infected sist on left side of leg and i am on antibiotics for that. my doctor is sending me for an mri scan and I do have vulvadynia I am frequently weeing, but my water is clear help please
