Why Does Bleeding Occur Despite Cauterization?

Hello,
I'm 3o years old and weight 145lbs. I was dignose with cervical ectropion afecting 80% of the cervix. I was cauterized and was told by my doctor to walk the minimun and avoid making any strength. After the 2nd week of my intervention I started bleeding and had another intervention to stop the bleeding. I feel tht I'm recovering very slow and my disability insurnce only want's to cover 3 days. Is this right? This is my 4th week of recovery and I'm still discharging a little blood and I'm not moving much here at home.
