Why Does My Skin Get Blotchy After Sunbathing?

I was wondering why my skin gets so blotchy after sunbathing? I used to tan normally and the last couple years whenever I get a tan or a sunburn it is very blotchy. I also get numbness in the tips of my fingers when I am cold and they turn very white, which i've been told could be raynauds but I have never been to the Doctors for it. I am a 21 year old female with no major medical problems.
