Why Experiencing Mucus While Passing Gas And Blood In Vaginal Area?

I am a heavy drinker and noticed a lump on or under my right top abdomen/bottom rib this weekend. It is swollen and tender to touch. I've been experiencing mucous in when I pass gas and in my stools. There has been bright blood from time-to-time. I just had a complete hysterectomy and tummy tuck in April of this year so I was curious as to why I also had some blood in my vaginal area. I've been experiencing shortness of breath, started to feel cramping in my lower abdomen and have been have low back pain for a while. I'm also starting to feel achy in the upper portion of my back a long with getting headaches that feel like migraines. I go to the doctor tomorrow but would like some ideas tonight as to what could be going on.
