Why Have I Been Spotting On And Off For A Month?

I have been spotting on and off for a month and sometimes bleeding like period is about to start then stops. My period is normally abnormal and irregular. I feel really bloated and minor dizziness from time to time. I went to my Gyno on 5/6 and they took a pee sample, i assume it came out negative because I never got a call with any news. I have a follow up appt on 5/28 any ideas ???
