Why Having Mild Cramps With Brown Discharge After Missing Birth Control After Unprotected Sex?

My boyfriend and I have unprotected sex all the time , he pulls out sometimes. I missed three days on my birth control and lost one of those three pills. I have been very tired and have had mild cramps that are uncomfortable and brown discharge once in a while .... What do you think is going on ?
