Why Having Severe Pain Around Breast With Lumps And Oozing Light Green Liquid?

I am having severe pain in the right side of chest that goes around my breast to my right side into lower back . the pain goes my chest to my shoulder . My Gall Bladder is functioning at 22 percent But I also have 3 lumps in my right breast that have ben there for over a year . I will be having another ultra sound in may for this . also last night I noticed my right nipple is leaking a light green liquid in one spot and a black in another spot .
