Why I Am Experiencing Chest Pain?

Hi i am a 42 yr old non smoker, drug free, etc. i have been hospitalized a couple of times for chest pain, had EKG's that came back abnormal but was told that its normal (go figure). i also had a stress test done and a ultrasound of my heart...conclusion none but i was put on metropolol for high blood pressure. i am again experincing chest pain, i am thinking its normal however i am having unfrequent pinches in my left arm, my arm hurts all the way down to my fingers-is this normal?
