Why I Am Not Getting Periods But Only The Symptoms?

Hello doctor i am 26 years old i am unmarried i have periods problem at the exact date i get all symptoms of periods like pain and all but periods do not happen for about next month some times it happen on exact date. why is this happening? Is there any serious problem?
