Why Is Follicle Not Rupturing Even On 17th Day Of Menstrual Cycle?

I m 29 yrs and married for 2.5 years.We are trying for child since 6 months ,so doctor suggested for follicular monitoring.In my follicular study on day 12 th (start of study) rt ovary follicle size was 3.0 x 2.7 cm and after that the doctor gave me injection HUCOG,then on 16 day when rt ovary follicle size was 3.6 x 2.9 cm doctor again gave me injection ZYHMG, now today on 17th day rt ovary follicle size was 3.7 x 2.9 cm.Yet my follicle is not ruptured.Can you please tell me that what exactly is my problem and its solution?What are my chances of getting pregnetting?
