Why Is My Foot And Toe Going Numb After I Twisted It In The Pool?

I'm 19 years old and while I was in the pool my left foot turned in twisting to the left. Now my big toe and my foot goes numb and its sometimes hard to bend. I also found a couple days now that I have a bone sticking out at the top of foot I believe it's cuboid bone. What's going on with my foot and is the bone pressing on a nerve and that's why it's numb, and if I broke a bone or fractured it would I feel it if a nerve was being pinched!
