Why Is My Wrist Swollen And Have Trouble Walking?

my 25 year old son's wrist is swollen and painful and his left leg has a knot in his upper leg muscle, is having trouble walking. His face, neck and arms are very red. He is dissy and tried more than normal. This started two days ago, with no injury that he can recall. Also, his body is extremely tender to the touch.
