Why My Son Feels Some Tingling Movement In His Forehead?

Hi,

My son has had a weird feeling under his forehead that happens for short intervals. It has happened 4 times in the last two weeks. He says he feels a funny movement/tingling and warmth inside the front of his head. He does not have a fever or feel warm to the touch. He is not dizzy and vision is not impaired when this happens. He is 8 years old. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you.
