Why Not Having Heavy Bleeding After Taking Mefigest And Cytolog?

I have taken Mefigest 200mg on friday night and cytolog 200 mg tablets 3 on saturday 8:45 AM and 1 tablet in the Evening 5:15 Pm as per the doctor prescribed.
But my bleeding is very light. But doctor suggested that i will get heavy bleeding.
I am worried. please suggest
