Why Not Having Period Even After Taking Regestrone?

Hi Doc, I have had my periods twice in the month of March. However, I have not had my periods since then. I have taken regestrone for 5 days (morning and evening) but still, there are no signs of menstruation. I also did pregnancy test at home but the result was negative. I am worried. Please help!
