Why There Are Red Dots On My Penis?

I have been diagnosed with clamydia and treated, I waited the week after having treatment to have sex and I only have one partner. She has also been treated, she still gets itchy every so often and my penis tip still has red dots on it. I have had my blood sent away to test for hepititis b. my doctor told me for peace of mind I should. But is there a possibility this is another STD?
