Will Famynor Interfere With Contraceptive Injection?

Hi... I had the copper T inserted 2 years ago and had it take out on the 25 January. One week before that I started using the 3 month injection as my form of contraceptive but have started my period on the 28 January. I still have my period. I have been to the nurse and she has given me Famynor tablets but removed the red pills. She told me to take these once a day at the same time every day. I need to know will this pill interfere with the injection and will it stop my period?
