Will Carrying Heavy Weight Affect The Uterus Leading To Problem In Getting Pregnant?

I am 19 and I am currently working in housekeeping. I picked up a mini refrigerator yesterday and to me it wasn't as heavy . My mom has told me to never do that because then my uterus will t low and I will not be able to have children in the future. I took a shower today and I felt some pain in my lower abdomen so I decided to check myself. I have checked myself before for oher reasons, so I stuck up my middle finger and I felt my cervix lower than it usually is. Usually my middle finger can barely touch the tip of my cervix and now i can easily touch it. I am scared and it seems like from 4 inches it went down to 2. I don't know if it's normal because I googled and people say it's normal. I don't know if it's just my imagination. Right now I can't go to the doctor because I am waiting for my health plan and I am scared that I may never be able to have children in the future. What should I do for now?
