Will Dihydrogesterone Help Conceive With History Of Miscarriage?

Hello doctor, i had two miscarriages this year and the last one was at 14 weeks. Doctor did try to know the cause but none was found and also nothing was found on the babies too. Now, my menstration after D and C was just two days light flow and two days spotting. Doctor prescribe Dydrogesterone and later told me to wait till next month for my period.
I really want to try this cycle if I could get pregnant, can I start the Dydrogesterone now and will it help me in anyway? How do I prevent miscarriage in my next pregnancy? Thanks
