Will Excedrin Treat Severe Cramping And Spasms In Lower Abdomen Caused By Cystic Ovaries?

I had Thursday evening severe cramping and spasms lower ab, no diare. Pain seems more on left side. Seems to travel, side of waist and up left side. Bad cramping did stop Frid. a.m. Had small pudding like bowel move. Still tender, however, on left side. Did pass gas. Sat. small formed bowel, Sun. small formed bowel. My food on Thursday consisted of coffee 1 cup a.m., lunch dinner turkey meatloaf with green peppers and such, 2 glasses wine, 1 Excedrin for headache, toast, a lot of water, and then added to water in p.m. benefiber maybe too much. Gassy feeling travels up towards rib cage. I have had my last colonoscopy Dec. 2011. Have moderate to severe divertic. in the sigmoid colon. Cyst on each ovarie. I am 61.
