Will Full Recovery From Spinal TB Require A Surgery?

Hi, I was diagnosed with spinal TB last year T11,12 and 13. I have completed one year of course and am left with 8 months more because I have just started recovering since last few weeks. It was terrible year for me. Final MRI doctors will do on 3rd August to see the bone inside and then they will decide about surgery. However I am felling better, can walk for one kilo meter now (started since last 3-4 days) and pain is has also settled though i can still feel stiffness of spine. My main question is that will I be able to jog once doctors confirm that my bone is fine, I have puton weight during last year, will I be able to do normal activities like cycling, jogging and what is the possibility of surgery? My age 36 and height 5 feet 2 inch weight 74 kgs
