Will It Be Safe To Take Keflex For Bacterial Infection?

I was sick for a while and I was taking keflex to stop a bacterial infection and during those two weeks i had a buildup of white residue on my foreskin and head of the penis. When i tried to clean it, it started to sting and bleed. it looks like the head is swollen and so is the foreskin. Everytime i have an erection small cuts appear and start to bleed lightly. what should i do? I am not sexually active.
