Will It Be Safe To Take Glycomet,familion & Follic Acid For Irregular Periods?

Hi Doctor,

I have been taking 250 mg glycomet,familion and follic acid at the same time. will it benefit me or will there be any side effects on these, I have ireggular periods since last 10 years and now I am taking these tablets to concieve, please advise.
