Will Microgynon Help To Stop Vaginal Bleeding?

i just wanted to ask i was been bleeding frm last 10 days as i had changed my pills microgynon to levest and due to taht i have e been bleeding but now i have gt norethisterone by my dr to stop bleeding and he also gave me microgynon he said i eitehr can start microgynon frm today or i can start norethisterone frm today but while taking norethsteroen he said i cant ahve microgynon at the same time as microgynon wont work if iam talking norethisterone so u tel me plz what shud i do i want to ahv sex as wel wheras if i start taking microgynon frm today will my bleeding stop in day r 2 or nt ?i just wanted toa sk that or can i take both teh tabs together isit posible plz answer me and iam 24 years old and i was been on microgynon for nearly 1 year and 6 months thank u
