Will Missing A Dose Of Ovafin Affect My Cycle?

I am 30 years.. got married 10 months ago.. have ione fibroid and pco's on left ovary.. I went through Saline Sonography...my dr said that fibroid is not disturbed the cavity plus tubes are open too Alhamdulillah.. I ovolute but follicle size is small..18 x 13 mm.. She gave me 100 mg Ovafin (Clomid) in the first cycle... got period two days late..now I am on 2nd cycle of Ovafin but this time 150 mg..i took 1st dose on the 2nd day of cycle then unfortunately missed it on the second day as i had vomit and stomach ache due to indigestion..I misses i day dose but continued all the other days..Will it effect the Cycle?? Can i become pregnant?? Please help and answert??
