Will Prontogest Save Me From Miscarrying?

iam in 19 week in pregnancy and not take any remedies from begining of pregnancy except aspirin and vitamins

recently i have pain in uterus and my doctor prescribe to me prontogest 400 for 1 month (ramadan) as prophylactic

i want not to take it daily but i am worry from miscarriage
